These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Freebuff dashboard platform. By creating an account or using any part of the service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to access it without authorization, interfering with its operation, scraping data in violation of our policies, or using it to transmit malware or unlawful content.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or where required by law. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data is retained for a grace period and then deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Changes and Contact

7. QRIS Payments, E-Wallets & FX Disbursements
By utilizing our standalone QRIS technology and cross-border disbursement rails, you agree to comply with Bank Indonesia and ASPI standards. Domestic e-wallet (DANA, GoPay, OVO, ShopeePay, LinkAja) and bank transfers settle in IDR. Cross-border card disbursements (Visa/Mastercard OCT) and international e-wallets (Alipay) are processed using transparent real-time FX reference rates with explicit network clearing fees.
